On December 12, From 0:16 to 3:38 (CET), the OpenAI API was unavailable.
This lead to generative AI function (AI BOT/AI.SSISTANT) provided by Alcmeon AI (GAIA) to be unavailable.
Between 7:52 PM and 1:40 AM on December 11 and 12, a major outage occurred on Meta API.
This impacted Instagram, Messenger and Whatsapp.
No message was received.
No message was sent. Message that agents tried to send in this time frame are now flagged in error and can be resent using the retry function.
From 2024-12-11 10:08 UTC+1 to 2024-12-11 10:28 UTC+1, a failure in our infrastructure resulted in a service disruption.
Impact:
- All Brands and Channels were affected.
- Bots, Publish, and Inmessage functionalities failed due to timeout issues.
The incident was fixed and further improvement in our infrastructure are planned to avoid any further occurence.
Our automated monitoring service has detected that the Agent Console is back up.
Our technical team is still investigating the root cause of this problem.
